Service Agreement & Policies

IronNest Cleaning LLC
By booking services with IronNest Cleaning LLC, you agree to the following terms and policies. These guidelines help ensure clear expectations, consistent service, and a positive experience for everyone.


Services
IronNest Cleaning provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services, including routine cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, office and commercial cleaning, and post-construction final cleaning. Services are performed based on the scope selected at the time of booking.


Pricing & Payment
Pricing is based on the size, condition, and type of service requested. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. Failure to submit payment may result in suspension of future services.


Access to the Property
Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. If we are unable to access the property, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.


Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee.


Satisfaction Policy
If you have concerns regarding your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the issue and make reasonable efforts to address concerns related to the agreed scope of work.


Service Limitations
IronNest Cleaning does not provide mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, hazardous material removal, exterior window cleaning beyond safe reach, or heavy lifting of large furniture. Services outside the agreed scope may require additional charges or may be declined.


Breakage & Damage
While we take care to treat your property respectfully, accidental damage may occur. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Liability is limited to repair or replacement at our discretion.


Safety & Working Conditions
Clients agree to provide a safe working environment. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary beyond reasonable expectations.


Pets
Clients are responsible for securing pets during cleaning appointments. IronNest Cleaning is not responsible for pets that escape or behave unpredictably.


Recurring Services
Recurring services may be modified, paused, or canceled with proper notice. Pricing may be adjusted if service requirements change.


Insurance
IronNest Cleaning LLC is insured. Proof of insurance is available upon request.


Limitation of Liability
IronNest Cleaning LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.


Agreement Acceptance
By booking or receiving services from IronNest Cleaning LLC, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and policies.
